Big Day in Erlangen!
Germany’s Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier came to Erlangen yesterday. We are honored by his dedicated interest in our technology and the opportunity to have him visit our labs. The founder of VEC Imaging, Dr. Houman Jafari, presented our fully functional breast tomosynthesis system demonstrator to the Federal President and his delegation, including the Bavarian State Minister for the Interior, Joachim Herrmann. Houman explained the disruption potential and versatile benefits of our nanotube-based multibeam X-ray (“NTMBX”) technology.
The NTMBX platform technology can truly revolutionize computer tomography (CT) scanning, predominately in the medical imaging field, but also in other fields like (airport) security scanning, backscatter security scanning and nondestructive testing (NDT) for battery cells in the e-mobility space.
This was a great event, having the opportunity to share our technology with Leaders, and generate a lot of energy among our team!
